Power of Autism/Autism of Power

 Recently, young Swedish girl Greta Thunberg (15) addressed the big wigs at Davos Summit, reiterating the standard Doomsday predictions about the end of the world that is due to come down in a few years, “IF WE DON’T ACT NOW!!!”. Of course, she has been presented as a courageous child speaking “truth” to power, although one must note that by some strange coincidence this was exactly what those in power speak themselves. The affair would be just a side note in the story of communist like system of sustainable development propaganda, where “innocents” (read: “simpletons) like children or tribesman in bizarre costumes “spontaneously” address comrades in the transnational comity asking them to “act now” as if this is not what bigwigs themselves propagate from the late Sixties onwards, if it wasn’t for a notable novelty: Greta Thunberg is an autistic child or, at least, she is “on the autistic spectrum”. In this video we’ll explore the implications of putting severely mentally and psychologically disabled child to serve as a benchmark of excellence for other children and a new model “holy fool” employed to sell a rather devious political agenda.

Making Manifest of What Was Hidden: Abortion and Infanticide

Recent ballyhoo about an attempt to justify “third trimester” abortion in USA provides us with ample opportunity to analyze the thing itself: to make explicit what is implicit to the act of abortion. In this video we argue that infanticide – a supposed “slippery slope” of the pro-abortion argument – is nothing but terminus, a logically explicated boundary of the abortion itself, into which abortion in the end has to resolve. We argue the point mainly from the stand point of open infanticide advocates, whom we already discussed on KT, and simple presumptions of traditional application of logic.

The horror of history … there’s an air of triviality in this oft repeated phrase, don’t you think? Granted that it is not trivial or that we should address even trivialities if we want our thinking to have serious consequences, could we counter its unspoken conclusion of “let’s be done with it, then” with the question: “if the life is problem to us, should we solve it by dying?” In this article by the head of the KT’s Black Sea Fleet Mihai Marinescu we are presented with the nuanced and definite negative answer to this question.

Silent Master: Political Correctness and Inner Submission

It is more or less usual procedure to observe political correctness from the point of view of someone rejecting it – looking from the outside upon this peculiar edifice and attempting to describe and explain it. However this always seems to be not completely satisfactory. There’s always a sense of some point being missed.

Well, here we’ll attempt something different: show how PC acts upon us from the standpoint of one submitting to it and suffering its coercive power. From this angle, some quite worrisome insights become apparent, chief one of them being a potential of PC to act intimately – intrinsically – i.e. invisibly upon the will itself, changing not only actions and thoughts, but very faculties of man that act or think.

The Truth and its Shadow: Rise of Superficial Intelligence

To understand something “on the level of words” is fairly common phrase used to denote someone’s superficiality. However, there’s more depth to superficiality than initially meets the eye. In this podcast we’ll point out some of the depths of what we previously dubbed, in Plato’s phrase, skiagraphia or “shadow-drawing”; a mental equivalent of drawing the shadow of the image on plane surface to add to it the illusion of depth. We’ll point out, in our common “metaphysician next door” manner, how this attitude drives people to cut themselves off, not only from the realities of the world, but, more perniciously, of their very selves too.

So, it is a bit obsolete to wail and grumble about the dangers of supposed rise of the robotic Artificial Intelligence, when we are already dealing with the real and present danger of supremacy of the Superficial Intelligence
